Because it was perfect then and is perfect now
As much as I’m a grunge girl dedicated to my 90’s alternative, my love of music expands many generations and genres. And, this song speaks to my heart more than any other ever has. It has been love ever since I can remember even though it existed before I did.
“For What It’s Worth,” here’s my version of my favorite song.
P.S. - I mentioned that I have 2 favorite lyrics. When I was done recording, I realized I had more than 2. Yeah, more like 4, I have 4 solid transcendent lyrics that light me up. Plus, an entire verse. And, I don’t count the chorus. That’s a given. Ok, I’ll stop now. Just let me know which lyrics light you up.
