I cant help but hear Robert Plant’s voice when I see your space. Rambling can be me standing on the edge of my deck, conversing back amd forth with the hawks whose call I have perfected, though Im not sure exactly what I am saying to them.
Hahaha, I love you mentioned Robert Plant for two reasons. First, it is an honor to have this space be a reminder of the iconic Zepp. I have listened too many times to "Ramble On" since deciding to start this Substack.
The second is the original name was to be Ramble On. I came up with that about a year ago. I kept going back and forth between Ramble On and Ramble In. Back and forth, back and forth. Then when it came time to do my first post, I realized Ramble On was already taken. Ok, Ramble In it is, which makes perfect sense in so many ways. Definitely, inspired by the Zepp though.
And, I can see you on that back deck conversing with the hawks. It makes me smile and reminds me to go talk to the crows this morning. Thank you for that reminder! They are more active this time of year.
You may not know what you are saying to them, but I'm pretty sure they know exactly what is spoken. They hear the space of the unknown.
